My Story
Hello my friends. I’m Jennifer and owner of Jennifer Watson Leadership and Watson Wellness. I am so glad you have taken the leap to meet me here.
I’m an integrative physical therapist, health + soul + leadership coach, breakthrough & inspirational speaker and entrepreneur. My true passion is working with high achieving women & men to achieve the health + the leadership they truly desire post trauma…and assisting this process through the healing power of mental wellness + your unique soul power + your badass scars.
So hears the deal…

You gotta now own your bad story…your badass scars
Because it’s a Phenomenal Bad Story…
…it corrals you into the depths of you…how UNIQUE your story is…and how you can use the good moments but more importantly the DARK moments to wake-up your PURPOSE, heal your SOUL, and use your gifts to IMPACT the world.
And yes, get YOUR HEALTH, YOUR LEADERSHIP, YOUR LEGACY that you were meant for and you SO deserve.

I started my humble beginnings as an integrative physical therapist 20 years ago and ironically my own journey in health took me down a path of questioning what true health was and if we as practitioners were effectively addressing chronic health problems that were so glaringly urgent to address.
From a very young age I was the goal-oriented, “over-achiever.” This served me well sometimes and other times not so well. I was able to become an All-American track runner, meet amazing people, travel, become an integrative physical therapist, and yes, own my first business.
But my pain & struggle with severe depression was real and this is where “over-achieving” didn’t help me. I used it as my “band-aid” for a deep and dark struggle that only grew bigger and bigger as I packed on more “success.”
You name it, I tried it…from diet, exercise, meditation, prayer, etc. I didn’t get why I wasn’t getting better. I was doing “everything right.”

Until I realized the very thing stopping me was there very thing that scared me the most…SHARING my story and the FEAR of rejection. Fear of having people I cared about walk away. Fear of people seeing that I WASN’T perfect.
Dealing with this fear and why I had it was the most painful thing I had experienced. BUT also the most healing. SUFFERING is okay when it creates what I like to call a “come to Jesus moment”…the moment you can’t hide…the moment you look into the mirror and actually WAY past it…to your SOUL…your scars, your screw-ups, your pain.
When you are willing to sit with this SUFFERING…trust me…stay with it…lean into it. HUG yourself through it. Take ownership, responsibility for YOUR life. And you guys…trust me…the amount of MAGIC and exponentially momentum you will see in your life…WOW.
And boy oh boy did I see the healing really began for me and ultimately for my clients!
I started to see the powerful relationship between health + mental wellness (and yes, the Mental Health was the new Physical Health) but also the POWER of owning your story, your scars. That true HEALTH wasn’t just about exercise, diet, meditation, incantations, etc but that is was truly loving your story, healing your pain & your scars, getting who you really were and aligning your SOUL PURPOSE with the goals you have in this life. And BAM!
You get the HEALTH, the LEADERSHIP, and yes, the LEGACY you want to live in this world.
By truly seeing this powerful relationship between the “physical part” of wellness tied into the mental & spiritual wellness and your story to decreasing symptoms & improving overall wellness I have seen myself and my clients exponentially heal AND thrive again in every area of there life!
When I saw my clients see big improvements in their health and soon to follow their life, I was inspired to continue my training in integrative physical therapy, health + leadership coaching and breakthrough speaking. My expertise continues to expand in integrative manual therapy, spiritual and intuitive management, post-trauma growth and self-leadership to create Your Health + Your Leadership + Your Legacy…beautiful!
AND, I am uniquely positioned with my knowledge, experience and expertise to support men & women as they journey through issues related to mental wellness, trauma and all the “physical symptoms” that come with it including weakness, gut issues, low energy, weight gain, brain-fog moodiness, low motivation, hopelessness and helplessness.

I understand their frustration when they don’t get the answers they want and need from traditional medicine. My clients inspire me to not only create unique one-on-one programs, but also group programs that help address, support and educate on the profound mind-body connection and provide the tools to address these concerns.
I do not believe that you have to LIVE with your symptoms. You do not believe in the popular narrative that you have to be “stuck” in a traumatic state that limits you from getting the life you want.
If you are interested in going down this awesome rabbit hole with me. If you are interested in taking the “red” pill, unplugging from the Matrix and understand you have the power to HEAL yourself…then take the next step and check out our services below that JWL can offer you.
See you soon…
